So, because of baby being small, having low fluid and being borderline with pre e right now my scheduled repeat c section is going to be at 38 weeks (if everything goes as well as we hope over the next two weeks anyways). I have been having fluid checks and nsts twice a week and alternating each week with my ob and my Mfm dr.. I'll be 36 weeks in 2 days. The next time I see my Ob I'll be 37w4days, so pretty much right before my c section. My question I guess is this.. Do you think she will test for the group b strep or whatever it's called? Or is that only if you're having a vaginal birth? I know she won't be checking my cervix because there's no point. My son was born at 35 weeks so I don't really know what to expect from here on out since I've never gotten this far! I'm honestly just curious if I should expect anything at that appt besides the usual ultrasound and chit chat
