Bbt tracking. Help!!!

Hi ladies,

I've been trying to track my bbt but having some problems. I know that you should take it first thing as soon as you wake up and before you even move and that if possible you should take it the same time everyday. But my problem is, I work in the evenings. So I go to bed at a slightly different time each night and get up at different times each morning as I rarely need to set an alarm. I also wake up a little several times through the morning before I get up so my bbt recordings fluctuate more than they should. Does anybody have any advice? Or stories of your own difficulties with bbt recording? Thanks, Jenny xx
