36+2, and suddenly my cats that are usually well behaved have gone into destruction mode. (two spayed females, 3y + 5y) they have many cat toys, multiple scratching posts and carpeted cat towers but now they are shredding my carpeting in the townhouse I'm renting. It's pissing me off beyond belief. Cat sprays and calming pheromones aren't working. (I'm a vet tech).

I have no idea why suddenly they're acting out. Do you think it's because they know baby will be here soon?
