Best diaper bag?!

Question

My mom is shopping (she can't help herself) and I'd like to know your opinions veteran mommies diaper bags you liked or disliked and why? :)

I recently saved a ton of money on an expensive bag that is REALLY big. It's just a big purse and I plan on using that for the baby. My husband however, wants to use his army backpack with our daughter, like he did with his son.(my step son) I plan on getting him a dad bag though :)

I am going to be a first time mom...but I can say growing up helping raise my two nieces and previously being a nanny I have some experience. I looked at a ton when picking out my own. I went with a JJ Cole diaper bag. It is the perfect size, just the right number of pockets for organization and the "mommy pocket" on the front is amazing. The mommy pocket has room for my plastic, phone, keys and a few other small items. The material is super nice and seems easy to clean.

Pottery barn kids classic diaper bag. It can be used for other purposes after you don't need a diaper bag too. My SIL has one and loves it. We like ours too (especially my husband).

I personally don't think your guy would look like a "douche" (as someone said) carrying any type of baby bag even if super girly! People obviously know it's not for you and it's for your child. But they do make guy diaper bags/backpacks that are dope. I think any diaper bag that has a lot of compartments is sufficient or use a bigger purse if you can't afford the diaper bag.

I purchased the JuJuBe BFF convertible bag in the First Lady design. It is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow so I can't tell you from my point of view but I watched tons of YouTube videos and reviews on it all great.

I always used my larger handbags.  I had a diaper bag but didn't like it too much.  My handbags were more fashionable.  As for my husband...he is a typical dude.  He will probably grab a sobeys bag or something and throw what he needs in there before he goes out.  They have some really nice diaper bags these days that basically look like oversized hand bags anyways.  I just use the cheaper ones I have in case something leaks tans it won't come clean I can just chuck it and use a different bag.
