any age! i'm 16, and i recently went off the pill because it really messed with me and i wanna' get to know my body more, so this app really helps me do just that.

also, women of any age (from when they get their period) would benefit from this app, or tracking their fertility! body awareness, and safety!

I'm 13 about to turn 14 and i use it just basically for tracking my period and looking at all the pretty dresses girls buy for prom and homecoming

I'm 15 but I only use it for advice on random stuff and to keep track of my period. I think any age is fine to be using this app I find it very useful
