Too early for itchy belly?

I'm 9 weeks today and I noticed yesterday and today that my stomach is kind of itchy. Anyone else in the same boat? Would it be too early for my skin to stretch like that?

My whole body is itchy! I feel like I have bugs someone's lol. It's mostly at night though. Drives me crazy!!!!
