I just found out that im 6 weeks pregnant 3days i cant believe it again baby number two i have a three year old she knew before i did and took a on line pregnancy test the nurse ask me questions and i was spotting once went off i had been trying for two monthes is this real or what

There can be some bleeding in pregnancy that resembles a period. I have friends that didn't find out til they were 3-5 months because they thought they were having their period

The only way it's possible is if you had sex during your fertile window as well. Some women still get a period when pregnant, but it's rare. If you have a 28 day cycle, and only had sex on day 28, then there's no way you are pregnant.

I've read that some women bleed throughout their whole pregnancy..every woman is different.

I'm confused by this because I always didn't have a period when pregnant. So I would say  no. I did however get pregnant having sex the last day of a period once but no period after that
