Could I be pregnant ?

So I had sex two times before and two days after my period. It ended Wednesday. I took a digital clear blue test yesterday and it said negative. I'm cramping . I have a lot of back pain which I've never had before. My nipples hurt here and there. I feel nausea here and there. Also my vagina feels weird. I dont know what to do or think?
