Lose weight after birth control

I'm wondering if anyone know how to lose weight after birth control? I was in the shot for 6 months and than pill for 4 months in this amount of time i aging 63 pounts and now I'm trying to lose it but it is to hard. Any advice? I'm been off birth control for the last 9 months .
