Mirena removal

Hi ladies! I had a mirena for 4 years and just had it removed on Tuesday 8/18. I had no periods to begin with then the past year or so I was having irregular periods. I was using glow to track my cycle period to removal and wasn't scheduled to have a period for another 2 weeks but having the removal threw me right into a normal period. Glow is saying today is my peak ovulation day but I'm just curious if that is because I was throw into another period? Has anyone else had a mirena removed that can give me some insite? I am so anxious to get pregnant and I have heard stories of it happening super quick for people. I have endometriosis so the doctor says the sooner I get pregnant he better since my periods were so sever prior to BC. Thanks for anyone's insite!
