no diet?
okay , so im gonna be honest. it's sooo hard for me to eat the right foods for a long period of time. so i really can't "diet". i live in freakin LOUISIANA! Lol.
my question is, what if i portion the foods i eat, and bust my a** exercising and to burn the calories could i still lose a decent amount of weight? im currently 190 , I'd like to be 150. drop atleast 20 by December. is it possible?
