My mother and I have faught since I moved up here. I am now 18 and my boyfriend and I moved in with her. We recently got in a physical fight in which she left marks on me. The police were called and did nothing. I just found out last Friday she filed a temporary restraining order on me. I haven't talked to her for 3 days before that. I am sick of the way she treats my brother and I. She manipulated my boyfriend and I. I live in Wisconsin and am looking for someone to help me out in having a strong case to bring to court on this upcoming Friday.
