To young for sex

Does anyone else get really 😡 when little kids ( 17 and under) have sex and think that just because they wear condoms nothing bad will ever happen. Like you say something about it and there just like " well you can get pregnant or get STD's but only if you're stupid." Do they not understand there are a million things that could go wrong no matter how much you prepare.
