Pink discharge

Please help me! I've been experiencing pink discharge for a couple days now and a few days last week before I found out I was pregnant. I'm so paranoid and worried! I've never miscarried and this is my 2nd pregnancy so I'm wondering if maybe my cervix is just more sensitive now!? Or what's going on! I can't talk to any of my family because we haven't announced yet, I'm a few days over 4 weeks I believe.
