Fasting and blood sugar
My doctor has instructed me to check my sugar four times a day. Once when I wake up(after fasting) and 2 hours after each meal. I asked if I could have water threw the night(yes) but forgot to ask if I can have peppermint tums threw out the night. Anyone know about that?
