Dilated and effacement.
So last Monday at my apt I was 35w and 3d and was dilated 1/2cm with no effacement. Went in yesterday for a check up I'm 36w and 3d now and was dilated 1cm and 50%effaced. Yay!! I'm a ftm by the way. Does it sound like our baby boy will come early? I'm suppose to be due sept 18.
