Hi ladies. It's been a long while since I've been on here but in desperation I am back. 2 weeks ago I had a laparoscopy to remove some cysts - 2 dermoid on one ovary and 1 endometrioma on the other.

Has anyone had good results after having this done? We are due to be referred for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> now and I'd love to not get there. Any tips for one final natural go?
