Pretty plz help me girls, opk question

Plz help girls, I'm not sure when to start testing with opk's. My period is confusing, I had regular periods but since my mc it's been wierd, April was a 30day cycle, may was 28day cycle, June was 29day cycle, July was 37, had a mc then and my cycle now was 36days, I was 4days late, when should I start doing my opk's? Plz any advice would be much appreciated
