Plan B and period

I had unprotected sex during my days of fertility so I took 2 times the plan B. As I am supposed to have my period last Sunday,so I started using the patch(birth control) on that day. However,I haven't had my period yet and I don't know what to do. The pregnancy test of today was negative. I need some advice
