38 weeks & caught a cold

I'm scheduled for a c-section on Monday. But over the weekend I've come down with a cold. At first I thought it was allergies, but it's definitely a cold. With it being so close for baby time,  I don't wanna be sick when he's born & I don't want to take anything that will affect surgery Monday. I'm 38 weeks and 1 day today, any suggestions? I've called my doctor, just waiting for a return call as usually.
