Has anyone else had an ectopic pregnancy in there ovary and had to have it removed ??? I just had surgery a few days ago and was wondering if anyone else had their ovary removed. I was 8 weeks pregnant. Tried methotrexate but it cause me so much pain and I was always sick. Three days after my surgery I started my period. Am I going to have problems ttc with one ovary? I have both my tubes and they took my left ovary. I'm just so scared
