I feel a sharp pressure on my pelvic do that mean that my baby has dropped it makes me feel like I have to pee or like something is stuck up there

This happened twice to me, the first time when he initially engaged around 33 weeks the pain was unbearable, then he was classic breech for about a week, and 2 days ago I felt that same pain and he is head down again.

Th baby might be hanging out down there, but doesn't necessarily mean he is "engaged" meaning he isn't settled into the birth canal. But he may be making his way there!
