Took excedrin and I might be pregnant

I took a full dose of excedrin last night for a headache without thinking. I'm still not sure if I'm pregnant (if I am I would be 3 or 4 weeks along), but I read it can cause miscarriages. I'm so scared now because I already had a miscarriage last month that was the only time I have ever been pregnant - so I am quite inexperienced. Can 1 dose of excedrin really cause a miscarriage?
