I have to literally tell myself no more the last 2 days because I'm starving. So starving I feel sick until I eat something. I've been trying to make it things like salad and fruits that way my over eating is at least healthy foods. I'm hoping this passes soon so I can eat normal again.

I'm only 14 weeks and have noticed I'm starving all the time and if I don't eat then I feel sick! It's almost worse than my first trimester. I'm always snacking!
