Pregnancy fetish?

Does anyone else's boyfriend enjoy them being pregnant? I tease my boyfriend all the time that he has a pregnancy fetish because of how he is when I'm pregnant. When I was pregnant the first time, we literally had sex every single day and he still thought I was sexy even though I looked like an Oompa Loompa lol. The whole gaining weight thing makes me nervous since I gained 50+ with my first but he's not even worried about that. I tease him and tell him that he just wants me to get fat etc. It's in no way creepy (just incase you're reading this and getting creeped out), I just find it really funny. All the changes I worry about during pregnancy doesn't even concern him. I'm still sexy in his eyes.
