uncomfy

I'm 4 weeks 6 days pregnant and if I sit down for long periods of time or when I lay down in bed it is sooooo uncomfortable !! is this normal ? also. I feel I'm already showing. ? is that crazy ! it's so early! could the dr be wrong about how far along I am !? I haven't had an ultra sound yet. this is my 2nd child! does anyone else have these problems??
