Increasing Supply: Fenugreek vs. Mothers Milk???

fenugreek or mothers milk? I'm going back to work soon and would like to increase my milk supply so I can pump in advance and have a nice amount saved. Has anyone used either one of these? If so what what was your experience? Thanks in advance ladies!

Fenugreek. It made my baby gassy though so I do Brewers yeast instead.

Fenugreek helps you build and MAINTAIN supply, as to mother's milk which will help, but not as efficient as fenugreek, as your milk supply will diminish if you stop drinking teas

Mother's milk has fenugreek in it, plus other stuff. You're supposed to drink several cups a day though.

Are you referring to the mother's milk tea or the supplement? THe supplement works great for boosting supply as it is a blend of different herbs including fenugreek. The tea alone will not do enough. Straight fenugreek will work too but it's hard to say if it works any better or worse then the blend in the mother's milk supplement. Check out "more milk plus" it works really well.

I just started taking The Honest Company's Lactation Plus which I bought at Target. It's been 3 days of taking one in the morning and one at night and I can already notice a difference. It has fenugreek, blessed thistle and other stuff in it. I haven't heard much about it from others, but I believe it's been working for me! Good luck!
