Can I have sex while on my period ???

I've always been really cautious and very sanitary when it comes on to my period. But for some reason my boyfriend says he's very horny but, I'm on my period. He says that it's ok and safe to have sex while my period is on and he wants some urgently, no condom and he'll take care of the mess. Idk, I'm a bit iffy about doing this.. Especially the mess and today's my first day.

Yes you can have sex on your period , but you could also easily get pregnant. So make sure you're always using protection and do it somewhere where it won't get too messy. Shower?

Me and my bf have sex when I'm on my period, we lay down a towel and do it lol 
And it helps with my cramps, and makes my period lighter. So when he wants it I'll give it to him lol

If you aren't having sex w/o a condom, now is not the time to start.

Period blood isn't bad and actually helps with lubrication and orgasms help with cramps. Also, once you start getting wet, you stop bleeding.

If you're uncomfortable with it, don't do it!!!!

I love it. I HATE the clean up, but my boyfriend is extremely understanding and I'm always so horny on my period. It makes my cramps go away!

Do whatever YOU feel comfortable doing - I've found that my period is heaviest the first day, and that cramping makes sex uncomfortable for me. If you're interested in exploring period sex (which is totally normal) maybe try it in the shower the first time. You could also lay a towel or sheet down on top of your bed for an easier cleanup.
