23 weeks on bedrest

I started cramping and had a little bleeding so I immediately went to the dr as I am already high risk as I had my son at 34 weeks and I have high blood pressure. I have been taking progesterone shots since 19 weeks. My cervix is shortening and there was some protein in my urine. Has anyone else been on bed rest so early in pregnancy and been able to keep baby in for a little longer?
