Does Anyone Else Have ADHD!

I do , and having it sucks because sometimes I feel like I'm not smart enough and some days I do . . . I'm slow at things and some times I wish I wasn't but yeah .

Ate led when I was kid .... Was in the house when it happened !

I do! I've learned how to deal with it without the medicine but I definitely feel you on the not feeling smart thing. I know I'm a bright woman, I have a degree and honor cords to prove it but I still feel like remember anything I learned in college and it's like my mind is moving to fast at all times to get anything accomplished.

I have them, I always tell people my mind is like a VCR player but it's always on fast forward.

My husband does! Never a dull moment. :) he tries to explain ADD to me, and he uses a whiteboard as an example. He tries to write down all the ideas in super speed. But it ends up smudging the idea that was written before it. He is a brilliant computer programmer!

I have ADD and also OCD. It's horrible. I go on these insane cleaning sprees at home but I start one area, see something that needs work in another area, leave the 1st to go to the 2nd, go back to the 1st, find a 3rd thing...etc. It's a vicious cycle. By the time I should be done, I have a bigger mess than when I started.

I actually downloaded an app that lists and sorts chores. It's helped me immensely

You know how some kids eat glue? Well I one-upped all those punks. I sucked on batteries cuz I liked the taste of the acid. I was like 3 .__.;

But yeah, I was diagnosed with mild ADD in elemdntary school. Thankfully, I learned to hone it through my art. Upon which time I discovered that I'm also mildly OCD.

It was probably the acid that did this. No one else in my family has this :P
