Ovarian Cyst?????

Anyone able to still get preggo with a cyst on their ovary??? Been ttc for on and off 3 years. Just found out I have one. Dr. Is not concerned though... I'm just always worried about it growing

I have multiple cysts (pcos) and I am 8 weeks pregnant.

I had one 8cm didnt know until I was pregnant only found it cos I had a small bleed had to be scanned they took it away when I had section with my little boy x
