Advice?Help?

I've been ttc for about 7 months , well today all my nephew wanted was me , he's 6 months but he just wanted me to do everything he even fell asleep on me (witch he never does) and all he kept doing was playing with my stomach and touching it , my friend said that her nephew did it to before she found out she was pregnant and today when me and my significant other was having sex my hips started hurting and felt like it was putting pressure on my hips...? What could that mean ?? (No rude comments please)
