I don't even know if I'm pregnant yet but lately every test I've taken so far has been faint lines and this morning I was spotting , what could that mean ???? I'm about to panic .

It's too late for implantation. If you are that late, you most like didn't ovulate when you were supposed to or you may have had an anovulatory cycle.
