Implantation bleed or early period? Help!

I could just be going crazy! According to Glow I just ovulated like 6 or 7 days ago. I'm not supposed to get AF for another 10 days, but last night and this morning I had really dark brown heavy spotting. Could this be implantation bleeding or early AF? Has anyone had any similar experiences?

Ekk I don't know. I have never been pregnant before so I have never experienced implantation bleeding. But I have experienced spotting over a week before my period is suppose to come. For some reason that is almost my "normal" 😕 no idea why my body does that
