Getting a cold during pregnancy?

Question

Has anyone else suffered a cold during their pregnancy? What did you do? Call the doctor? Take meds? Tough it out? Just curious.

I haven't gotten a cold but for some reason Ive been waking up with the need to blow my nose because it feels stuffy or runny, I think it's just my allergies acting up

I had a cold when I was 14 weeks, it sucked!  Only thing I took was Tylenol!

yeah i got cold in my 9th week.. i used  saline nasal spray and the next morning it was gone :)

With my first I got a really bad string of the flu. Fever, puking diarrhea, no good! I think I was 13-17 weeks.  But it lasted 2 days and my daughter was fine.

Yes. I took my temperature to make sure I didn't have a fever, I didn't so I didn't call my doctor. I used some pregnancy safe meds: chloraseptic spray and halls, some good old fashioned chicken soup and plenty of rest, and then Tylenol at night. I felt much better the next day!

I just got over a cold a couple days ago. The congestion is mostly what bothers me so I take Afrin. It let's me breathe so I can rest. I only took it at night and I felt much better after a couple days. Hope you get well soon!

I had a bad one with serious stuffy nose and sinus pressure. I took a sudafed because I felt like I was dying haha.

when I first found out I was pregnant with this one I also found out I had acute bronchitis and now I'm getting over a head cold talk to your doctor they can help a lot!

I avoid medications, so I go with natural remedies. Garlic, fluids, rest.
