Interesting article! I do appreciate that the new federal healthcare laws forced private insurance in my state to cover pregnancy. Before, it was only covered under work group policies (and poorly) or Medicare/aid. I haven't noticed any violations in women's health specifically yet, but "double-billing" patients above pre-set insurance rates for services is a common illegal practice where I am. 
   
Also, I abhor Quest Diagnostics. Anyone else? I think they're the leading national provider of lab services, so some of you must have been exposed to their questionable pricing schemes, as well. I think (hope) they'll have a federal antitrust investigation in their future.
