So I'm in the middle of a divorce. I've been separated since January and we've signed the papers but he won't turn them in!!! We have a four year old son together who is now with me 99% of the time. I brought up moving out of state to be near my family and he said no! So expects me to live here (currently unemployed) and still not pay me any child support and never see his son?!? I think it's time for a lawyer.
