Feeling Frustrated

I had contractions for over two hours this morning that became as frequent as every 7 minutes. They weren't the high up painless Braxton hicks I normally get. They were low and felt like period cramps. I got up to get in the shower to get ready to go the the hospital and the contractions just stopped. I can definitely tell something is going on down there but wish the contractions would have stayed. I was already 3cm at my appointment on Tuesday.
