I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. After trying to conceive for 3 years, I went to the doctor to find out what was wrong. She is refusing to give me any medicine until I lose weight so I'm wondering what people with PCOS do/use to help manage the symptoms. My periods are no where near regular and I cramp during the month. The hair growth is horrible and I hardly ever ovulate. Its also extremely hard for me to lose weight. Any advice would help. I would love to conceive but I also want to manage the symptoms.
