Lower back pain

Nicole • Thu, Aug 27 • After having a miscarriage in February 2014, we just found out 7/9/15 I was expecting. We had our rainbow baby on March 20th, 2016! We are now going to start trying again to give our daughter a little brother or sister! ❤️

Can I use my heating pad on my lower back? This Tylenol is NOT cutting it. I'm in so much pain & I know a heating pad will work, but have been told not to use one, but wasn't sure if that was just on your belly...
