Crazy?....post MC and completely confused

So...here goes.... I had an MC in mid June at appx 10 weeks. Got AF 7.5 weeks later- July 30.... Then got my HCG yet to verify 0 (which it did)....Tested for ovulation all but four days this past month. No sign of AF OR ovulation yet, and took this today. Do I see a line- can someone tweak?! Or am I bat-s crazy at this point???? Thank you!!!
