Anyone using essential oils while pregnant?

Looking for relief from headaches and a couple of friends, who AREN'T pregnant, have suggested peppermint oil.

Peppermint should be fine. It decreases milk supply but that doesn't matter at the moment. Just be careful with some oils. They aren't good while pregnant, and others have the same effect as aspirin so it should be avoided.

I just spent the night on the couch diffusing lavender; it's good for pain I'm told. I also kept put a warm washcloth under hot water and applying to my face, it just felt nice. I woke up with a headache and it stuck around all day. I have been getting 2-3 a week.

Dilute the peppermint oil with coconut oil and you'll be fine. Helps my headaches. Also consider a massage. Makes all the difference!

Yes!  I use them all the time!  Just make sure you research what ones are safe for pregnancy, there are a few your not supposed to use while you pregnant.  Someone sent me this the other day...
