I find taking it before bed helps my m/s ALOT, if I take it in the morning I get sick more and with just about everything I eat, if I take it at bed after I'm done eating for the day, and only drink water I'm golden.

The instructions on mine says to take it on a full stomach so I take it after supper in the evening.

What depends if you are sick in the morning or at night or in the middle of the day whatever works for you as long as you take it everyday. I have an alarm set for mine at 8:30 every night because I don't feel sick in the evening.
