Does anyone use hair, skin and nails vitamin supplements?

Krill oil, green tea extract, toner my FitMiss & Hair,Skin & Nails. Along with some L-carnitine and L-Glutamine....lots of shit hahaha 
But I have syarted seeing my hair being more managable a little bit. Seems to be not as dry (especially since my hair is thick and likes to frizz every chance it gets) haha

I've tried them, and noticed a difference. They weren't like "OH MY" great, but they weren't bad either.
