Just went to the restroom and when I wiped there was Smeared light red blood on my toilet paper, but only with the first wipe not the second. I'm 13 weeks tomorrow. I am absolutely freaking out. I've had 2 ultrasounds so far this pregnancy and they say everything looks fine. I'm high risk but see my doctor every 2 weeks. I haven't done anything that I can think of that might cause bleeding.
