Geritol multivitamins

Can someone please explain to me how Geritol Multivitamins helps women conceive?? I've read a lot of comments stating that they conceived shortly after taking these specific vitamins. I just bought Natures Best prenatal vitamins for women pregnant or TTC. I saw the Geritol Vitamins but because I don't have munch info on them, I decided not to purchase them. Please help! ☺️
