I'm 36weeks-ish and having increased period type of pains and sometimes I'll get a sharp zinger on the right or left along with the pain. I haven't had a baby in many years and the sharp pain totally reminds me of contraction pains I had during labor. Is this Braxton hicks with a punch or could this be practice contractions? Anyone having this?
