How much weight are you supposed to gain during your first trimester? I've already gained 3lbs due to the constant necessity to eat to prevent getting sick. I've read you're only supposed to gain 1-3lbs......I'm nervous I've obliviously gained the "max" and I have 4 weeks left to go.... 😳
