Nope not for me. To me its disgusting. Sex is suppose to be intimate and I just don't see how its intimate when it may look like a crime scene when your done. Its not that big of a deal, I can hold out for 5-7 days. But that's just me

Sex on your period helps with cramping!!!! I say go for it, just lay a towel down and clean up! And for the guys side of this, my SO says he can't tell a difference when he's inside and as long as he has something to cleanup with the blood doesn't really bother him! Hope this helps!!!
