So I have had bad cramps and diarrhea for 10 days finally called my docotor . Said to go on the BRAT diet to see if it helps . Ok no problem . But then said no DAIRY for a week! I wasn't not happy . This pregnancy I crave anything dairy. Ugh one long week ahead
